Cuvée Le Barry – AOP Languedoc Grès de Montpellier
Purple color with purple reflections. A structured wine that offers a complex aromatic palette combin-ing spices (cayenne black pepper), black berries (blueberries, blackberries) and notes of black truffle. The structure is dominated by fine tannins which bring out all the intensity of the terroir (garrigue, thyme, rosemary) in the mouth for a fresh finish with menthol notes.

Rouky – AOP Languedoc Pézenas Red
Beautiful and bright fuchsia colour. Spicy and grey pepper notes compose the nose, the cinnamon; little smoked notes, red berries and the eucalyptus fresh-ness complete the nose. In the mouth, the entry is delicate but evolve towards the acidity thanks to red currant’ jelly and the liquorice stick give a fresh finish.

Genèse – AOP Languedoc Pézenas – Red
Intense dark red colour. The nose is expressive with red currant and blackcurrant. The rosemary and cestus notes just bring a great complexity to this wine. Mouth is silky and fleshy. Spicy and fresh, the final one is long and melodious.

Cuvée « Louise » AOP Fitou – Rouge
The color is dense and concentrated red. The nose opens with aromas of red fruit with notes of raspberry and prune obtained through controlled extraction during vinifica-tion and exceptional maturity of the grapes.
